Our Story
India Da Dhaba began in 1994 as a two-table tea stall on the highway, serving truckers dal, roti and endless cups of chai. Three decades later the charpais are still here, the tandoor still fires at dawn, and the recipes are still written in our grandmother's notebook.
Today we cook across five kitchens — chaat, North Indian, South Indian, Indo-Chinese and Italian — all pure vegetarian, all made to order. What hasn't changed is the promise: honest ingredients, generous portions and the warmth of a family table.

The paneer butter masala tastes exactly like my nani's. We drive 40 km for it.
Ordered at 11pm on the highway and it arrived hot in 30 minutes. Brilliant.
Pure veg, spotless kitchen and the AI assistant actually picked a great thali for us.
